Past Few Weeks

Well I haven’t typed anything in a while, so I guess I’ll give you guys an update. For starters, I still have the morning sickness, it was at it’s worst last night, or maybe the baby just didn’t like the salad and pickles I ate. Either way it’s rather embarrassing having your husband stand over you while you vomit, so I asked him to leave the room. Then I had to have him bring me water, and my throat still burns today and it hurts when I swallow. I have my first dr appointment tomorrow, and Michael is going to take off work and come watch the girls so Blaine can go with me.  I don’t think I am getting an ultrasound. Here they usually see you first, and schedule that later. But this is a different dr.’s office than I have used  before so who knows. I am hoping she doesn’t want to do one right now though. I want to know the sex.

According to my due date I am almost 3 months. Getting past that is a milestone. The girl in my class that was due the same day as me lost her baby. It was really sad. We should get to hear the heartbeat, and that is exciting for Blaine because it’s a first for him. I told him he doesn’t need to come to every appointment with me. Just the first one, and the ultrasounds. I don’t see any sense in him sitting there to watch me get weighed, pee in a cup, have my blood pressure taken, my belly measured, and then the dr say, okay see you in 4 weeks! It’s boring to me, so I can imagine how it would be for a man. Plus I don’t want Michael to have to leave work, or us have to bring the girls. That’s really annoying to other people in the waiting room to have your kids screaming and playing and making other noises.

Moving on....We talked to the reality company Friday, and she said they will go over our paperwork, and let us know in two weeks or less if we are approved for the loan or not. And if so, which we should be, they will start building the house in December or January, and it shouldn’t take longer than 3 months. So by spring we should be in our brand new house, for less a month than what we pay for rent here. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car garage, back yard, and my friend is the one who told me about it, so we are going to pick our lot right next to her and her husbands, and she is a stay at home mom, and her son is just 6 months older than Bryceton, and they have known each other all their lives, so not only will I have a friend close by, so will he! So I am keeping my fingers crossed that we get this loan.

The birthday party is going good. Someone can’t make it because they have to work, even though I sent out the invitations 3 weeks in advance to allow time for this person to ask off. Which upsets me. I mean I expect my close friends to be there for me.

I mean maybe it doesn’t seem like a big deal to any of you, but wouldn’t you get tired of your so called "friends" not showing up to your kids birthdays? Do you know how expensive birthday stuff is? I don’t think people really think about that. And you have to buy extra, because you don’t want to run out. So I plan on a carebears birthday, and guess what? Wal-mart doesn’t have carebear stuff. Just a cake. So I was going to do the baby’s first birthday, but you had to print your own invites, and I am too busy for that. So I got all the stuff, but different invitations, then go to this party place to get a punch bowl, and what do I see? CAREBEAR stuff! I HAD to get it. And I had to get enough for everybody right? You know, plates, cups, napkins, goodie bags, and toys. Oh yeah they jack up the prices there because they know people cant resist matching. And then, after you buy it, they let you know there are no refunds, exchanges, or store credits. At least at Wal-mart you can take back what you didn’t use. UGH! So you people better come, and darn it you better use all the plates and cups, or ill hunt you all down, lol. I understand why some people can’t make it. Car trouble, sick child, you live in Ohio, work when you can’t ask off. BUT let me say that HUNTING SEASON is not a good reason. Not that my dad will ever read this, but yeah. And you that can’t or won’t come, are gonna miss the best punch ever! I decided to make it again because it was such a hit at our wedding and the kids birthday last year. EVERYONE loves it!

Moving on again, yeah I know this is long, but so I haven’t been on in a while. I went to see my lawyer today, we still owe him $190, plus we still haven’t got our $640 tags! We just cant afford it right now. We pray we don’t get pulled over, but with the birthday party, and lawyer, it put us in a bind. Blaine got a raise today, so that’s good I guess, but I don’t know how we are going to handle Christmas. I thought about giving the kids their Christmas in January, when I get my student loans again. Maybe it will be a month late, but they will get everything on their list and more, plus they are so young, they wouldn’t know the difference. I got to get Kadence’s presents out Friday, we owe 200 on them still. And the sad thing is, it’s mostly clothes and just a couple of toys. It sucks paying 15 bucks for stuff they only wear a short time. But she has NO winter clothes because Madison was 12 months in the spring. She really really needs pants, and warm pj’s because with me being pregnant, I get hot at night, and don’t want the heat on. We have even be sleeping with the window open. Poor Blaine freezes. LOL.

With all that being said, I’d like to say thanks to Jade, for even though she can’t be here for the party, she is still sending a present. You really didn’t have to do that, but it’s a very sweet gesture! I will be sure to take pictures and post them so you can see her face! And Jodi, who lives over an hour away, and has a newborn, and has never even met me, is driving all that way just for me! That really means a lot to me girl, and you can bet I’ll be there at Kiah’s 1st birthday as long as it’s on a weekend so I don’t have to miss school. I am looking forward to Josh and Blaine meeting so he will have someone to talk to. Does he like Skee Ball? lol! And also Sheryl, who goes out of her way to help me out with all this, thanks buddy! Welp I guess I am done ranting..thanks for "listening."
